Conflict Management

Our conflict management course is designed around the principles of conflict management, ways to recognise how conflict occurs and the avenues we can explore to reduce the conflict whilst keeping staff and customers safety at the forefront. 

Conflict can occur in any setting whether that be at work with your colleagues or customers, in settings with family or friends, schools, hospitals or any other area where there are a potential for a difference in opinion. 

Conflict is described as ‘ a serious difference between two or more opinions, principles or interests’

Our conflict management course can be delivered to security staff as a refresher course or to any other public facing personnel as a bespoke package which we will tailor to your specific requirements. 

This course is delivered on a face-to-face basis or as an online refresher course over 1 day. 

The preferred method would be face to face as it allows us to run scenario training more easily as well as theory to really give your staff more confidence in how to apply the techniques taught.
