Consultation Service

At Essex Security Training we have over 15 years experience in various sectors ranging from the Security Industry, UK Prison service to the military.

With extensive knowledge surrounding the use of force and the laws which govern a person to use force we offer a consultation service for impartial advice and guidance.

For example do you have a member of staff who has had to use force on a customer and all of a sudden you find yourself a complaint on your desk be that from a member of the public, the customer or another member of staff

Do you now sit there wondering how your going to deal with this complaint, do you need to suspend the member of staff or can you simply restrict their duties whilst you carry out your investigation?

Do you then sit there and wonder, ‘do I need legal advice’ were they in the wrong?

If you find yourself answering yes to these questions then why not use our Consultation Service before you start paying lengthy legal fees or risk having the accused member of staff off for months on end whilst a decision is made. 

What we will offer you is an impartial view on the incident and offering our advice and guidance as to the next steps you should take. We would need access to sensitive information such as Incident Reports and statements along with any CCTV footage which would be conducted at your site and all of this will be treated in the strictest of confidence. We will then review all of the evidence and advise based on what we can see from the footage and reporting.

This will help you to remain compliant with your policies and also within the eyes of the law and relevant legislation.
