New year, New Office, New Courses
This is a very basic introduction to First Aid and Defibrillation aimed at children between the ages of 8 and 11, but it can suit children of any age.
The course is kept at a basic level with no use of confusing terminology.
The course will show complete respect for the child's ability, make it educational and practical, and instil the importance of helping someone who is poorly or injured.
This is a 3 hour course depending on which learning outcomes you wish to cover held entirely in the classroom.
A certificate of attendance will be issued to the students along with a mini medics book.
This course is a non regulated course therefore there aren’t any specific assessments that must be passed.
As part of the course though students will have a mini quiz along with an optional board game to keep it fun and interactive whilst still giving them vital knowledge.
